FLAVOUR

Elegant, harmonious and soft on palate, it is lingering and, tough a bit harsh, characterized by sweet, fruity notes

PAIRINGS

It pairs well with Piedmont traditional dishes like stuffed pasta, ravioli, boiled and roasted meat. It is ideal for aperitif too, as it pairs well with cold cuts and local cheeses.
